Neymar will travel with Barcelona to Japan for the Club World Cup even though the forward’s participation is in doubt due to a groin injury. The Brazil captain suffered the injury in training on Tuesday, with Sport reporting it came about when Neymar attempted his ‘sombrero’ trick on Luis Suarez, flicking the ball over his teammate’s head, and over-stretched.

Oh dear Neymar. After so much good press and praise for your wonderful form on the the pitch, you've gone and done something very silly indeed, at least according to Spanish newspaper Sport. Barcelona confirmed last night that the Brazilian Ballon d'Or nominee, who didn't feature in the 1-1 draw against Bayer Leverkusen in the Champions League last night, has suffered a 'small muscle injury' and now faces a spell on the sidelines.
