Disappointing news.
The good news: Luis Suarez is on vacation now. The bad news: it’s because he’s injured for Barcelona’s last game of the season, against Deportivo Alaves.
Suarez picked up a muscle injury in training and will be out for around two weeks. He will miss the friendly between Italy and Uruguay on June 6th as well. Therefore, he won’t be back playing until Barcelona’s next preseason.
Luis Enrique is already missing Sergi Roberto through suspension, this is another setback in what could be a very complicated Copa del Rey final.
Is it Paco Alcacer’s time to prove his worth after a slow start to the season following his summer switch from Valencia?
