Barça look to finish the season with a trophy, and you must watch it
The season is over today for Barcelona, and Luis Enrique's managerial career comes to an end as well. And what better way to say goodbye to the season and the coach than with a trophy?
Barça will face Deportivo Alavés in the Copa del Rey Final on Saturday. Sure, this isn't the most prestigious competition in history and the real Final we wanted was the Champions League next week, but after such a weird season from Barça, this is the best we could have asked for.
Alavés are a surprising opponent, and given this is their first major final, they won't be going to the Vicente Calderón looking to have a good time. They want to win, and it'll be a tough game for the Catalan giants.
Another nice reason to be interested in this final is this will be the last ever game at the Calderón, the historical home of Atlético Madrid, who will be moving to a new stadium and will say goodbye to one of the best stadiums in Europe.
This should be a great Final and a great sendoff to a great stadium. You're not gonna miss this one, are you?
