The Bojan Krkic situation is likely to come to a close this week, and the Premier League seems to be his destination.
According to a report from Diario Sport, the 23-year-old forward is close to joining Premier League's Stoke City, on a one-year loan. Bojan has been floating around everywhere in Europe, including stops in Roma, AC Milan and Ajax. He will not get any spot at Barça next season, and another move is getting closer.
Stoke's manager, Mark Hughes, is confident that the deal will happen:
"I haven't heard anything new about the negotiation over the weekend, but I think we're getting close and this week we might have a deal."
"I'm interested in him. He's very young and has been playing in a high level for a long time now, and he brings something totally different than what we have right now. I hope the deal happens."
Also according to the report, Hughes believes that the deal will easily happen, since he feels like Barcelona doesn't plan to have Bojan for next season.
And he is right.
