The best matchup of the international break is here, and it features Frenkie
The first international break of the season is upon us, and Barcelona fans still have to wait 10 days to watch their beloved Blaugrana again. But there’s a great way to pass the time and watch quality football on Friday: an awesome European Qualifier match between Germany and Netherlands.
This will be the fourth meeting in less than a year for these two nations and a rivalry is really starting to happen: in the previous three matches there was a win apiece plus a draw, with the Germans winning the most recent clash in March in what was a fantastic football game in Amsterdam.
Now they meet in Hamburg, with the Dutch really needing at least a point to stay in the fight for one of the top two seeds in Group C. This is also a great chance to watch Frenkie De Jong play for the Oranje, which is always a treat, so don’t miss it. It’s must-see TV.
