The Frenchman is set for another spell on the sidelines
Barcelona confirmed on Saturday that Ousmane Dembele has been sidelined with a hamstring strain.
The Frenchman had been expected to start Saturday’s match against Getafe but was ruled out before kick-off and watched from the stands.
Barca have now offered an update on the forward’s latest injury setback.
“Tests carried out on the first team player Ousmane Dembélé have concluded that he has a hamstring strain in his left leg. His recovery will dictate his return to action.”

The club have stopped short of saying when Dembele is expected to return, but it seems likely he will miss the Champions League clash against Inter Milan on Wednesday.
Manager Ernesto Valverde was asked about Dembele after the win over Getafe and said he did not think the injury was serious but did not know when he would return.
