Ernesto Valverde has called up 19 players for the trip to Madrid
The next Barcelona match is upon us! The Blaugrana are back on the road trying to win their first game away from home this season, and Ernesto Valverde has called up the following 19 players* for the trip to Madrid:
Goalkeepers: 1. Marc-André ter Stegen, 13. Neto
Defenders: 2. Nélson Semedo, 3. Gerard Piqué, 6. Jean-Clair Todibo, 15. Clément Lenglet, 16. Moussa Wagué, 24. Junior Firpo
Midfielders: 4. Ivan Rakitic, 5. Sergio Busquets, 8. Arthur, 19. Carles Aleñá, 20. Sergi Roberto, 21. Frenkie De Jong, 22. Arturo Vidal
Forwards: 9. Luis Suárez, 11. Ousmane Dembélé, 17. Antoine Griezmann, 27. Carles Pérez
*One player will be cut from the official 18-man matchday squad, and the favorite is Wagué.
There are some bad, bad news ahead of a very tough game: Lionel Messi (groin) and Ansu Fati (knee) are OUT for this one, and they are joined in the injured list by Jordi Alba (hamstring) and Samuel Umtiti (foot). Some changes are expected with the Champions League match against Inter Milan right around the corner.

Ter Stegen; Roberto, Piqué, Todibo, Firpo; De Jong, Busquets, Vidal; Dembélé, Suárez, Griezmann
