The defender could be on the move
Everton’s boss man Carlo Ancelotti is reportedly interested in a Barcelona player. Carlo apparently wants to loan centre-back Jean-Clair Todibo.
The window is closing in a couple of weeks so Ancelotti and Everton will have to move quickly. Luckily for Carlo, the pitch to Todibo isn’t all that difficult of a pitch to make. The centre-back won’t be getting all that much playing time in meaningful moments at Barcelona this year. A move to Everton wherein he’s featured is much more appealing.
There are a number of other clubs interested in Todibo. Fulham, Napoli, and Benfica have all expressed interest in some form.
Meanwhile, Fabrizio Romano reckons Everton have offered a loan with an option to buy, while Barcelona want a straight sale so they can move for Eric Garcia.
