It’s taken Barcelona 48 minutes to find the breakthrough vs. Granada, but it was worth the wait. Rafinha has given Barcelona the lead with an audacious finish in front of goal off a broken play.
Neymar’s initial shot hit off the post, but the rebound popped up in a good spot for Rafinha overhead kick in for the game’s first goal. What a spectacular finish for a game that was crying out for a goal.
Granada have sat back the whole match so far hoping to keep Barcelona out of the net. This should change up their plans a bit and hopefully open up play a little more for more goals to follow.
