Key reminder: Rumors are just that -- rumors. None of this has been confirmed as legitimate news or fact, it's just circulating around the rumor mill. Remember, take it all with a grain of salt. And please don't yell at us. We're just reporting.

Rumors for the Day:

  • Barcelona are reportedly after 20-year-old Uruguayan defender Marcelo Lemos, who plays for Las Palmas in La Liga. After having an offer rejected, the Catalans do not plan to pursue a bidding war, and would rather focus on PSG's Marquinhos or Valencia's Mustafi instead.
  • According to reports in Spain, Real Madrid are planning an offer for West Ham midfielder and Premier League star Dimitri Payet, who would be the replacement for James Rodríguez. Madrid scouts will watch Payet play for France in Euro 2016, and will decide whether or not they'll make an offer after the tournament.
  • Manchester United reportedly plan two big signings this summer: Real Madrid midfielder James Rodríguez and Zenit defender Ezequiel Garay. The Red Devils would pay as much as €80 million to secure the transfers.
  • Atlético Madrid and Liverpool are rumored to be in the race for Monaco forward Thomas Lemar, who impressed in Ligue 1 this season. The 20-year-old is also a PSG target.
