Uhhh.... Still wanna play Lucho?
Things don't look good for Barcelona right now. Poor performances and painful losses have been a constant over the last few weeks, and the pressure to win gets bigger and bigger. On Wednesday, Barça travel to Amsterdam to take on Ajax, in Matchday 4 of the UEFA Champions League group stage. Two weeks ago, the Blaugrana beat the Dutch at home to secure the second place in the standings, but the team has not exactly qualified for the knockout round yet. So beating Ajax again is a must for Luis Enrique and his men.
Speaking of Lucho, he's under fire after the last performances, and many already doubt his ability to manage the club and make this great group of talented players act like a real team. Tactically, he has been flawed lately, but since we're at the early stages of his tenure as Barça coach, there's still time to improve. But that improvement has to happen quickly, and a good win at a tough environment like the Amsterdam Arena can be sort of a resurrection for Enrique.
