In the first half of the Spanish Super Cup first leg, Andrés Iniesta and Jérémy Mathieu were both replaced due to injury by Denis Suárez and Lucas Digne respectively. The Barça captain has a bruised knee after a collision with Sevilla’s Mariano and the Frenchman has a hamstring problem in his right leg. Both players will have further tests on Monday to find out the extent of their injuries.
