Rumors say Bravo wants to go back to Barcelona.
Pep Guardiola played down talk that his keeper, Claudio Bravo, was keen on a return to FC Barcelona. The Chilean was signed to replace Joe Hart at Manchester City, as Barcelona opted to keep Marc-André ter Stegen as their starter.
Reports in Spanish and English media claimed Bravo was unsettled at City, where he has struggled to establish the superb form he displayed during his time in Catalonia. But Pep simply said he had not read such reports, adding: "I spoke with Bravo in the last days, with his wife and their little daughter. He told me he is so happy.''
Bravo added: “Little by little, I feel more involved and I'm getting more embedded within the team.''
City paid £15.4 million to lure the keeper from the Camp Nou, but recently his performances have been scrutinized.
Barcelona would probably need to move Jasper Cillessen, Bravo’s replacement, on if they wanted Bravo back.
