The Rumor Mill never disappoints. When you least expect it, they drop a pipe bomb on ya.
This time, it appears that Barcelona have their eyes set on Harry Kane, the prolific 21-year-old goalscorer from Tottenham Hotspur. Kane has impressed this season, scoring a whopping 30 goals in 46 total matches, and leading the Premier League with 20 goals, along with Manchester City's Sergio Agüero, who was once a Blaugrana target as well.
Kane would fit perfectly at Catalonia. He's fast, intelligent and can score whenever he wants. Plus he's young, which would make him a safe bet for the future. If only Barça had these types of players...
WAIT, WE DO! WE HAVE THREE OF THEM! WE HAVE THE SINGLE BEST TRIO OF ATTACKERS ON THE PLANET, WHO HAVE SCORED A COMBINED 84 GODDAMN GOALS.
Who would be stupid enough to say Barcelona would desperately need to sign Kane? Of course, The Mirror. You want to know what's crazy? The article mentioning this specific rumor cannot be found anywhere. We don't know if they bumped the article, or if they've hidden it in the print version so no websites could link to such a laughable thing. Unfortunately, the internet doesn't forgive, so the Kane-to-Barça rumor has been featured everywhere. And I mean everywhere.
We're not just passing along the information, so hold your "YOU JUST WANT CLICKS!!!!!!" comment for another time. We have confirmed with our sources that this is just another rumor and there is no indication that Barça would be interested in Kane at all.
