The week continues with Barça players featured in many award nominations, including the prestigious Ballon D'or trophy and the La Liga awards for last season's campaign.

Four Barça players have been shortlisted for the FIFA Ballon d’Or 2014. They are Leo Messi, Neymar Jr, Andrés Iniesta and Javier Mascherano. FIFA and France Football magazine announced on Tuesday morning those players nominated for the award which is given to the best player of the calendar year.

The Spanish Professional Football League (LFP) held its Gala Awards for the 2013/14 season on Monday evening in Madrid, and there was plenty in the way of prizes for FC Barcelona. Three first team members, Andrés Iniesta, Ivan Rakitic and Rafinha Alcántara won in their categories, as did Jean Marie Dongou of Barça B.
