A busy night of international friendlies
Antoine Griezmann was back in international action on Wednesday and scored a superb goal in France’s 3-0 win over 10-man Wales in Nice.
Les Bleus saw the recalled Karim Benzema miss an early penalty before Kylian Mbappe fired the hosts in front on 34 minutes.
Griezmann then doubled France’s lead just after half-time with a pretty special finish after some good interplay with Mbappe.

France wrapped up the win with a goal from Barcelona’s Ousmane Dembele. The substitute finished things off by knocking home France’s third after Benzema had hit the post.
The world champions play another friendly against Bulgaria on Tuesday before kicking off their Euro 2020 campaign against Germany on June 15.
Netherlands were also in action on Wednesday with Frenkie de Jong playing the first 31 minutes of the 2-2 draw with Scotland before being replaced. The early change was reportedly agreed on before the match with coach Franke de Boer
Barcelona-target Memphis Depay struck both goals for the Oranje. The first came after Georginio Wijnaldum, another Barca target, headed the ball back for Depay to volley home.
The second came in the 89th minute to snatch a draw for the Netherlands and was a very tasty free-kick from Memphis from the edge of the box.
