Rumor round-up: Barcelona contact Bonucci, step up interest in Ceballos plus Messi, Neymar & Mere

All the latest hot gossip is right here, just for you

Barcelona to sign Bonucci?

There's only one place to start today's nonsense rumor round-up and that's in Italy with the always exciting Tuttosport.

They lead with news that Barca are in for Leonardo Bonucci, and have already made contact with the Italy international.

The chances of Bonucci actually leaving Juve look remarkably slim, but apparently the Italian giants would not stand in his way if he decided to leave Turin.

Barca step up interest in Ceballos

Dani Ceballos is a wanted man, and Barca want to know his future intentions ahead of a possible bid, according to Sport.

The Catalans have a good relationship with Betis and are pretty keen on landing the youngster who could cost just €15 million this summer.

Messi flies in to sign new Barca deal

No sooner had Lionel Messi become a married man, than the Argentine was back off to Barcelona to sign his new contract, so say AS.

Messi flew back on Saturday, apparently, and was keen to get his future all sorted before reporting back for pre-season on July 12.

Bellerin turns focus to Barca

After completing his international commitments, Hector Bellerin has now turned his intentions towards returning to Barcelona this summer.

Sport claim the Arsenal full-back knows it will be difficult to leave the Gunners, but is hopeful he can convince them to let him head back to Spain.

Man Utd & PSG willing to pay Neymar's release clause

It wouldn't be a rumor round-up without something extravagant from Don Balon, and they go with claims that Manchester United and PSG are both willing to pay Neymar's release clause.

Apparently the clubs have already informed the Brazilian that if he fancies a chance of scenery they would have no problem, splashing out €200m for his services.

Mere denies Barcelona interest

No sooner had Jorge Mere been linked with a move to Barcelona, than the centre-back was denying all knowledge of possible interest from the club.

The Sporting Gijon defender told Sport: "Barca? Nothing, nothing, there's nothing," following Spain Under-21s final defeat to Germany on Friday.
