According to Brazilian journalist and Barcelona insider Marcelo Bechler, Barça superstar Neymar has accepted an offer to join Paris Saint-Germain this summer. PSG will now move on to negotiations with the Catalan club, and if an agreement is reached, Neymar could be announced as a Barça player over the next few weeks.
