And so begins another week at FC Barcelona, and another busy schedule of training sessions under new manager Ernesto Valverde. But this week is very much a week with a difference, with the squad heading across the Atlantic on Wednesday to embark on their three-match tour of the United States.

Ernesto Valverde says it will be a relief to have the "unique" Lionel Messi on his side, rather than coming up with plans to stop the Barcelona superstar.
