The big clash is on Sunday
Barcelona B will take on Sabadell on Sunday in the finals of the promotion playoffs after their dramatic penalty shootout win over Badajoz on Thursday.
The result means Garcia Pimienta’s side are now just 90 minutes away from promotion and can finish off the season in style with one more win.
Sunday’s game will kick off at 20:00 CET at the Estadio Municipal Antonio Lorenzo Cuevas in Marbella and will be followed by Cornella’s clash against Castellon.
The winners of both games will take the final two promotion spots.
Barca B have already beaten Sabadell once this season and have a pretty good record against Sunday’s opponents.

García Pimienta spoke after Thursday’s win and said he wasn’t worried about fatigue on Sunday after his team played extra-time and penalties against Badajoz.
Indeed the coach said his team’s desire can overcome any tiredness his players may feel as they seek promotion to the second tier for a seventh time.
