Barcelona rumors: David Luiz, Daley Blind, Nabil Fekir and Javier Mascherano latest

David Luiz offers himself to Barcelona

Today’s rumors start with none other than David Luiz who has apparently offered his services to Barcelona, according to Catalunya Radio (via Mundo Deportivo).

The Chelsea defender is currently in Barcelona “for medical reasons” and has expressed an interest in playing for the club.

However, although Robert Fernandez is a fan, and wants a replacement for Javier Mascherano, he’s not interested as he thinks the Brazilian would cost too much.

Barcelona still keen on Daley Blind

Sport, meanwhile, are running with a report from Calciomercato who claim Barcelona are really keen on Manchester United’s Daley Blind.

Barca see Blind as an option to replace Mascherano as he is not in Jose Mourinho’s plans and is versatile enough to play at full back, centre back or in midfield.

It’s also believed he could be available on the cheap this winter and Fernandez believes he has the experience required to come straight into the team and do a job.

Fekir wants Barcelona...or Real Madrid, Atletico, Manchester City or Arsenal

Meanwhile, Lyon’s Nabil Fekir has been fluttering his eyelashes at all the big clubs in a recent interview with Telefoot.

"There's nothing concrete with Barcelona," he said. "Spain makes me dream: Real Madrid, Barcelona, Atletico Madrid. Those are great clubs. But there is also England, with Manchester City and Arsenal.

"Is this my last season at Lyon? I don't know what the future holds for me. I've still got two years left on my contract. So, I'm still Lyonnais."

Fekir certainly sounds like he might be ready to move on from Lyon, and doesn’t seem too bothered where he ends up either.

Mascherano agrees €10m China move

And finally today, we bring you news that Javier Mascherano has already agreed a €10m move to Hebei China Fortune, so say ESPN.

The Chinese Super League side have sent officials to Barca to complete the deal after agreeing a fee.

Mascherano is expected to agree a two-year deal which will see him earn a whopping €19 million, while Barca will remove one of their higher earners from the wage bill.
