A squad overhaul is being lined up

Barcelona are reportedly busy making plans for the summer and are willing to let as many as eight players leave during the transfer window.

Sport report that a summer exodus could be on the cards and have devoted their front page to players who may be waving goodbye to the Camp Nou in the next few months.

Barca really need to sell if they are to sign some of their top targets this summer in what should be a pretty interesting transfer window for all clubs.

Some of the names on the list are players who have been linked with a Camp Nou exit for a while now such as Ivan Rakitic, Arturo Vidal, Samuel Umtiti and Philippe Coutinho.

Both Rakitic and Vidal are out of contract next summer which means Barca will be keen to sell them soon to avoid them walking away for free in 2021.

Umtiti’s not been quite the same seen his most recent knee trouble and could move to the Premier League, while Coutinho is also said to be wanted by clubs in England.

Barca are also said to be willing to wave goodbye to Antoine Griezmann, Carles Alena (contrary to recent reports), Martin Braithwaite and Neto.

Griezmann’s future may depend on whether Neymar or Lautaro Martinez end up at the Camp Nou, while the club will study any offers that arrive for Braithwaite or Neto.
