Manolas agent claims Barca interest
Barcelona are interested in signing Roma defender Kostas Manolas, according to the player’s agent Ioannis Evangelopoulos.
The only problem is, that so are a number of other clubs, with his agent happy to reveal all those who are apparently chasing his client.
He said: "Inter could be an interesting option, the same as Barcelona, Real Madrid and Juventus are. There are many teams that have spoken to us."
Sport also report that Barca have an option to sign Manolas, acquired when they loaned Thomas Vermaelen to the Serie A side in 2016.
Rudiger arrival to force Azpilicueta to Barca?
Speaking of Roma, the departure of Antonio Rudiger to Chelsea could be good news for Barca, if we are to believe Cadena Cope’s Manolo Lama.
He has tweeted that Rudiger’s arrival could push Azpilicueta closer to Barca, with the full-back having already been linked with a Camp Nou move this summer.
Messi tells Barca not to sign Paulinho
Lionel Messi may be on his honeymoon but even he has not escaped the Paulinho to Barcelona rumors.
Don Balon claim the Argentine has heard all about it and has done the right thing by swiftly informing his employers it’s probably a very bad idea indeed.
Verratti could still sign for Barca
Thought Barcelona’s move for Marco Verratti was all over? Well, think again, because according to L’Equipe it could still happen.
Despite the player’s apology to the club, the report claims little has actually changed and that Barca could still land him for anywhere between €70m and €100m.
