The injury to Lionel Messi, which will sideline the Argentine superstar for the next two months, caused plenty of reactions all around the footballing world. And two of his former Barcelona mates sent him heartfelt messages.
Legendary Blaugrana coach Pep Guardiola and former Barça midfielder Cesc Fàbregas both spoke to the press ahead of their teams' Champions League matches, and they were questioned about Messi's knee injury, and they both expressed the desire to see him back as early as possible.
