Reports in Italy are claiming that Juventus have set their sights on replacing Andrea Pirlo with Real Madrid midfielder Isco. The veteran is set to leave the Bianconeri for MLS side New York City, who also have former Barcelona and Spain attacker David Villa on their books, and the Gazzetta dello Sport claims the 23-year-old has been identified as his rightful heir.

Sergio Ramos move being discussed by Man Utd and Real Madrid | Sky Sports
Widespread reports in the UK media have claimed that United have made an offer in the region £35m for Ramos, but it is still not clear whether the discussions have actually reached that stage yet. Reading will host Spanish side Espanyol in a pre-season friendly at Madejski Stadium. Steve Clarke’s side will take on the La Liga outfit on Saturday, August 1 at 3pm. Las Palmas have rewarded coach Paco Herrera with a new contract following the club's promotion to the Primera Division. The 61-year-old joined Las Palmas last summer and guided the team from the Canary Islands back into the top flight after an absence of 13 years.
