The defender wants his Barca team-mate to recover well
Oscar Mingueza has offered some advice to his Barcelona team-mate Ansu Fati and has urged the 18-year-old not to rush his injury return.
Reports this week have suggested Fati may need another operation after suffering a further setback in his recovery from knee surgery.
Mingueza says Fati should take as long as he needs to get back to full fitness.
“I hope he recovers as soon as possible, but if it takes three or four more months to recover well, so be it, that he recovers well because he is very young and has many years ahead of him.
“That he does not force or play before he should, that he covers his knee well should be noted because surely with what he has shown already he will be a top player.”

There is speculation currently that Fati will test his knee over the next two weeks and see how it responds. If he does go under the knife again it means he’ll miss the rest of the season and the European Championship this summer.
