Argentina vs Venezuela, Copa America 2016: Start time, TV listings, live stream

Lionel Messi and Javier Mascherano take the pitch again on international duty, as the two Barcelona stars face Venezuela, looking to book a place in the Copa América Centenario semifinals for Argentina. After a dominant group stage, with three wins and 10 goals scored in three games, the Albiceleste arrives at the quarterfinals as the best team in the tournament, and it's safe to assume they are favorites to win it all.

The opponent in the Last Eight is easier than expected. Venezuela was not expected to go through in a group with Mexico and Uruguay, but without Luis Suárez, the Celeste had a bad group stage and fell to third, which gave the Vinotinto a chance to play the quarterfinals. The bad news is they'll face Argentina, and are the biggest underdogs of the knockout stage.

And that's where things could get dangerous for Argentina. They are so much better than their opponents and should win comfortably, but football loves to surprise us and we could see a miracle win for Venezuela. Without Ángel Di María, Messi needs to step up even more and lead the Albiceleste to the semis. Should be a fun game. Don't miss it.
