It’s Cup Final day! Barcelona and Sevilla meet at the beautiful Wanda Metropolitano in Madrid for yet another Copa del Rey Final for the Catalan giants. The Blaugrana really have established themselves as the dominant force in this competition, winning the last three and always going as favorites to win since Real Madrid are never in the Final lately.
Ernesto Valverde has the chance to win his first trophy as Barça manager, and while this season hasn’t been exactly memorable, a title means a lot to a coach and Valverde certainly wants to get the win tonight. But it won’t be easy: Sevilla have had a great season and simply destroyed Barça the last time these teams met, with Barça somehow not losing thanks to the genius of Lionel Messi.
Messi will need to be a genius once again to lead Barça to the win, and you don’t need to be a genius to know that we’ll give you the best damn live blog on the internet! Stay with us and let’s have fun on Final night!
