Full list of players out/doubtful for Saturday's league match
Barcelona's next match in La Liga is a visit to Sporting Gijón for a key league match. Last season's trip to El Molinón produced a very difficult game, and the Blaugrana will need to play at their best to pick up a victory and stay close to leaders Real Madrid in the early stages of the title race.
This is the full list of injuries/suspensions ahead of Saturday's match:

Luis Enrique is likely to rotate his squad after a grueling midweek clash with Atlético Madrid and ahead of a Champions League trip to Borussia Mönchengladbach, and he could rest some starters and give reserves some more minutes. Players like Lionel Messi and Samuel Umtiti could have been one of those given a day off, but they won't be available anyway.
Umtiti hurt his knee in training prior to the Atlético match, and Messi sustained a groin injury during the game against the Colchoneros. The two players won't be back in action until after the international break, so they're ruled out for the remainder of Barça's games in September, including this Saturday. These are the only absences as of right now, and midfielder Sergio Busquets is feeling better and trained normally on Thursday after struggling with an illness in midweek. No Barça player is suspended ahead of the Gijón clash.
The hosts also have two injury issues, but they aren't serious. Midfielder Moi Gómez has a muscle issue, but could be fit enough to make the bench. And the biggest and most hilarious injury news for this game is Barça loanee Douglas Pereira, who injured his groin on the TEAM BUS because he slept in an awkward position. Only Lord Douglas can pull this off, ladies and gentlemen.
