Alen Halilovic is the future of Barcelona. The kid is a monster prospect who runs like Messi and passes like Iniesta, a complete package of a perfect Barça player that exists in a small body who is still 19 years old.
The Croatian is a gigantic Barça fan, and he has told us that since forever. And for the first time in his career he played a professional match at Camp Nou, although it was still for his current club, Sporting Gijón, where he's now three games away from finishing a productive campaign on loan.
In fairness, Halilovic did not have a great debut in the stadium where he is bound to have phenomenal performances in a few years, but it was still amazing to see him there. On the pitch, he did not play his best and certainly left the stadium disappointed.
But the highlight of the night was before the game, when Halilovic met one of his heroes, Gerard Piqué.

How cute is this kid? Look at his eyes as he stares and touches the Barça crest and then looks up to one of his idols with a big smile, almost as if he was saying "it's going to be me with this uniform one day". Piqué was awesome to him as well, which makes the image even better.
Boy, I just cannot wait to see this adorable little man destroy the world as a Blaugrana.
