Real Madrid vs Barcelona, 2015/16 La Liga: Final Score 0-4 as Barça dominate El Clásico

It was a cold night in Madrid, but Barcelona was on fire. The Blaugrana went to the Santiago Bernabéu and completely dominated Real Madrid, winning 4-0 with a masterpiece of a performance, with a brace from Luis Suárez, a goal from Neymar and a work of art from Andrés Iniesta. With the victory, the Blaugranes are now six points clear at the top of the table, and look unbeatable.

FIRST HALF

Exactly like Luis Enrique draw it up. Barça was dominating from the start, surviving an early pressure from the Whites, but quickly went into ball-controlling mode, winning and keeping possession for most of the minutes. The passing wasn't as precise in the final third, but the efficiency to finish chances was key. Sergi Roberto made a beautiful individual play and found Luis Suárez, who curled with the outside of his foot for a sensational opening goal.

Real got dirty and too physical with Cristiano Ronaldo and Sergio Ramos, but Barça survived that as well and continued to control the actions. The high pressing used in a few parts of the game worked well, and after a recovery close to the box, Andrés Iniesta dished a pretty assist to Neymar, who calmly finished with his left foot to increase the gap.

A near perfect first half ended with two goals, and a big step to an even bigger win.

SECOND HALF

As expected, the hosts went for everything to start the final 45 minutes, and created three very dangerous chances in just three minutes. It was just a little spark. Barça went back into destruction mode, and scored a sensational goal. Iniesta started a one-two with Neymar, who returned the ball with a beautiful backheel, and the Blaugrana captain finished the play with a spectacular shot to the top corner. Game over?

Not for Barça. Lionel Messi made his return, and his presence felt. The Argentine superstar was active on the ball, and he started the play that ended with the second goal from Suárez, which put the final touch on a spectacular performance.

It's November, and there's a long way to go towards more titles, but this team is unbelievable. And Messi has just returned. Look out, planet.
