With the players enjoying the winter break, we centurion our attention to the best performer of December.
The final month of the year was a good one for Barcelona, winning five out of six games and progressing in both the Champions League and the Copa del Rey.
However a disappointing 0-0 draw with Getafe extended the gap between Barça and leagued leaders Real Madrid.
Barcelona also scored 25 goals in the month, largely helped by an 8-1 Copa del Rey victory over Huesca.
So now is your chance to vote on who you think was the best player of the month. If you're feeling ultra-passionate leave a comment explaining who got your vote and why.
