The center-back picked up a problem against Athletic
Gerard Pique is expected to be out for two weeks after suffering a calf injury during the first half of Saturday’s 1-1 draw with Athletic.
The center-back had to be replaced by Ronald Araujo at San Mames, and Barca confirmed afterwards that “he has pulled the soleus muscle in his left calf.”

According to AS, Pique is expected to miss just two weeks of action and will only sit out the Getafe game because La Liga then pauses for the international break.
The report reckons Pique should be fit in time for the trip to Sevilla on September 12 as well as the start of the Champions League group stages.
The draw for Europe’s top competition will take place on Thursday with the first round of games scheduled for the 14-15 September.
Pique’s absence, and Eric Garcia’s suspension, means Ronald Koeman will have to make changes to his defence for the visit of Getafe. Ronald Araujo and Clement Lenglet currently look favorites to start the game against Michel’s team.
