The Frenchman is shining for Borussia Mönchengladbach
Borussia Mönchengladbach have been a bit of a football darling in the last month. They’ve looked good against some of Europe’s best and 23-yeard-old forward Marcus Thuram has been a key part of that success.
Thuram has netted three goals and five assists so far this season, and his big performances in the Champions League and the Bundesliga have made him a key target for a number of top European clubs.
Real Madrid, AC Milan, Juventus, all top English clubs it seems like, and Barcelona have all been rumored to be tied with Thuram. His play making and consistency would be essential at any of these clubs.
Barça’s interest in particular is fascinating because of the broad nature of their striker pursuit. The number of names that will be linked with the striker of Barça’s future will be many, and Thuram is fascinating in particular.
