The Brazilian is back from injury
Barcelona confirmed on Friday that Philippe Coutinho has been passed fit and is back in the squad for Saturday’s trip to Atletico Madrid.
The Brazilian has been out since picking up a hamstring injury in the defeat to Real Madrid but could now feature at the Wanda Metropolitano Stadium.

Koeman spoke about Coutinho in his pre-match press conference but didn’t give much away over whether the Brazilian would start the match.
“We are happy that Philippe is back. He’s training well, without problems. He’s had almost a week now with the group training. He could start or come off the bench, knowing the matches we have ahead of us we must find the best way to use him.
“Philippe can play in various positions. I think he’s not a winger, so if he plays on the wing he will have opportunities to come inside. He can play as a offensive midfielder, he’s a great player for a coach because he can play different positions.”
There will certainly be changes in the Barca attack with Coutinho fit again and Ansu Fati out injured, and Koeman’s teamsheet for Saturday’s match should make for interesting reading.
