The Brazilian is going absolutely nowhere this summer
Rafinha’s father Mazinho has slammed speculation the Brazilian could be set to leave Camp Nou this summer and insists he will see out his current contract.
Reports in Spain earlier this week had claimed Barcelona would be willing to let the 24-year-old depart this summer should they receive an acceptable offer.
The speculation suggested Rafinha fears for his future once Luis Enrique departs and believes a lack of first-team action will see him miss out on next summer’s World Cup.
However, Mazinho has rubbished the reports and says his son is planning on staying at the club for many years to come.
“This is absurd, I don't know who started this," said Mazinho.
"Rafinha has no interest in leaving Barcelona. We have a contract until 2020 and he will finish it normally."

Rafinha had been enjoying a key role in Luis Enrique’s 3-4-3 system until injury once again interrupted his campaign.
The Brazilian picked up a knee problem against Granada and subsequently underwent surgery which is expected to rule him out of action until August.
