The final match of the first half of the La Liga season is scheduled this evening
Crisis all but over, FC Barcelona will be keen to continue normal service on Sunday evening when they make their trip to A Coruna, of course, that means securing all three points away from home for the first time this calendar year. On paper, that shouldn't be too tough, Deportivo la Coruna are newly-promoted and are currently struggling towards the foot of the table, yet the Riazor is a formidable place to go and Depor do have some talent amongst their ranks, no-one more familiar than former Barça star Isaac Cuenca.
With club captain Xavi Hernandez still sidelined through injury, Barça head coach Luis Enrique is missing a crucial part of his team, and some vital leadership on the field, but in Ivan Rakitic, Barcelona have a more than capable replacement while the likes of Javier Mascherano and Lionel Messi will provide leadership in their own unique ways.
After such a comfortable win over Atletico Madrid last week, the pressure is on the Blaugrana to continue building momentum and keep the pressure on league leaders, Real Madrid. Can they manage it?
