Minor injuries, though
The game against Levante on Sunday didn't only bring a very good 5-0 win, it also left some concerns for Luis Enrique.
Neymar Jr. and Ivan Rakitic were not part of the Monday training session at Barcelona's facilities. They did some physiotherapy, instead. They have minor injuries, but since Barça's next game is in just two days, against Málaga, both players are doubtful for Wednesday's match.
Here's an official update from the doctors:
Neymar and Rakitic both did specific exercises on Monday morning after picking up minor injuries against Levante. The former is having trouble with his left ankle and the Croatian international has bruising on his left foot. The club doctors will be keeping an eye on their progress, and will decide when they are ready to re-join normal training sessions.

As the report says, both injuries aren't serious, but it's still unclear whether or not they will be able to play. Let's keep an eye on it.
