The midfielder offers his view
Miralem Pjanic appears to have had another pop at coach Ronald Koeman in a new interview where he talks about Barcelona and their troubles this season.
The midfielder barely featured under Koeman during his time at the Camp Nou and has already been pretty vocal about the way he feels he was treated by the Dutch coach.
Pjanic has now been talking once again about the Catalan giants and feels a “good leader” is needed to turn the club’s fortunes around.
“[Barcelona] are going through difficult times,” he said. “The results are not going as the fans want, which puts pressure on the players.
“Maybe a good leader is needed to get the team back on its feet. Barcelona will return to the past, but it will take some time.
“Barca are always one of the four or five biggest clubs in the world and they will go back to the old days.”

The 31-year-old left Barcelona at the start of September to join Turkish side Besiktas on loan and has been enjoying himself at his new club. Pjanic has three assists in his first five outings for Sergen Yalçın’s side.
