There are no legal or health-related reasons that stand in the way of the votre

However, it is said that the club itself is dragging its feet in terms of the voting process.
The Catalan government has given the go-ahead for the vote to take place on October 31st and November 1st, but the club seems to be pushing for it to take place on November 15 and 16.
Barca trying to delay delay delay vote of no confidence against Bartomeu until Nov. 15/16. Local government not putting up major barriers to Oct. 31/Nov. 1 but Barca say need more time to ensure can be carried out responsibly in these covid times that we live in etc

If two-thirds or more of members agree, Bartomeu would be forced out. This comes after a successful signature drive which triggered the recall vote.
