Barcelona are running out of defenders
Barcelona lost center-back Ronald Araujo to injury against Juventus in the Champions League on Wednesday.
The 21-year-old started the match in place of the suspended Gerard Pique but went off at half-time after picking up a thigh problem.
There’s no word yet of how serious Araujo’s injury is but it is a blow given Barca only have Pique and Clement Lenglet available as senior fit center-backs currently.

Araujo’s injury meant that Sergio Busquets came on at the break. The 32-year-old went into midfield alongside Miralem Pjanic, with Frenkie de Jong dropping into defence alongside Lenglet.
Barca may offer an update on Araujo in the coming days but he looks to be a doubt for the last three games before the international break against Alaves, Dynamov Kiev and Real Betis.
