The draw for the La Liga has been completed just a while ago, meaning Barcelona already know the majority of its 2015-2016 schedule. After a five game preseason, which will include the Joan Gamper Trophy game, Barcelona will kick off the competitive campaign playing for two Super Cups. First on the docket is the UEFA Super Cup against Sevilla and just three days later Barcelona will take on Athletic Bilbao in a two-legged Spanish Super Cup.

The 2015/16 preseason got underway on Monday with annual physicals followed by the first training session at 6.30pm (all times CET). The first week of the new season will have the team taking part in two-a-day workouts at 9.30am and 6.30pm at the Ciutat Esportiva Joan Gamper, except on Wednesday, when the second batch of returning players will undergo their physicals followed by a single, afternoon training session.

The players were out on the pitch this Tuesday morning for the second training session, featuring the same sixteen players that were involved on Monday, namely Luis Suárez, Rafinha, Douglas, Sergi Roberto, Adriano, Vermaelen, Mathieu, Masip, Iniesta, Arda, Sandro, Munir and Halilovic, plus Samper, José Suárez and Gumbau of the reserves.
