Another week and another fresh batch of gossip
Barca want Joshua Kimmich
Today’s rumors start in Germany and with Joshua Kimmich who is apparently wanted by Barcelona and Manchester City.
According to SportBild (via Sport) both clubs were willing to pay €50 million for the youngster last season.
Bayern have since said that clubs would have to spend more than that to land Kimmich who has become a regular for Bayern.
Neymar misses Barca and regrets PSG move
Time to get the tissues out folks, because apparently Neymar misses Barcelona and wishes he had never left for all that money Paris Saint-Germain.
According to TV programme La Porteria on Beteve (via AS) Neymar has told friends he may have made a mistake and does not enjoy working under Unai Emery.
Neymar is also believed to be missing life in Barcelona, while his family are also not happy in Paris. Shame.
Juventus want Gomes in January
Over in Italy the talk is of Andre Gomes with the Corriere dello Sport reporting Juventus will make a move in January.
The Italian champions will open negotiations soon and are hopeful of getting him at a decent price.
However, there is also talk that Juventus may face competition from a Premier League club, although the report is refusing to name names.
Koulibaly, Mina & De Ligt on Barca’s radar
And finally today we end with reports that Barcelona could sign a new centre-back in January and are looking at three possible targets.
According to Goal, Barca have already tied up Yerry Mina who should arrive in the summer but also want a player with European experience.
Ernesto Valverde could therefore go with Matthijs De Ligt, Kalidou Koulibaly or Stefan De Vrij with Ajax’s De Ligt the current favourite.
