The biggest information to come from the documents shows that Real has a buy-back clause in the deal that would allow Madrid to have first-dibs on Ozil should Arsenal want to sell their star playmaker. However, that clause only comes into effect if Arsenal agrees to sell Ozil to another Spanish team. Then, Real would have 48 hours to decide if they wanted to step in and sign him.
