La Liga News: 25 January 2016; Atlético lose league lead, Real Madrid draw at Bétis

Zinedine Zidane suffered his first setback since taking charge of Real Madrid as his title-chasing side were held to a 1-1 draw in a thrilling game at struggling Real Betis.
The Frenchman guided Madrid to 5-0 and 5-1 victories over Deportivo La Coruna and Sporting Gijon in his first games since succeeding Rafael Benitez in the dugout, but was unable to continue his winning start in Seville as Real fell four points behind leaders Barcelona and Atletico Madrid.
Gary Neville's winless streak in La Liga as Valencia boss was extended to seven games despite Alvaro Negredo's 93rd minute equaliser in a 1-1 draw at Deportivo la Coruna.
Los Colchoneros fell behind Barcelona at the top of the table following their failure to break down the Andalucians, and the Coach felt his side were unlucky not to have rounded off their "complete" performance.
Los Colchoneros’ failure to score against the Andalucians saw them lose their place atop the standings to Barcelona, who can move three points clear if they win their game in hand, but the midfielder made it clear the side were still on track to achieve their ultimate objective.
The striker upped his tally for the season to 25 after another two goals in Los Leones’ 5-2 victory over Eibar, and he was delighted to have earned the praise of the Coach, with Euro 2016 edging ever closer.
