The striker is close to making his debut for the Catalans
Sergio Aguero looks set to make his long-awaited debut for Barcelona on Sunday against Valencia after playing 30 minutes in a behind-closed-doors friendly on Wednesday.
Barca took on Cornella in a training match at the Ciutat Esportiva which saw Aguero make his unofficial debut and score his first goal for his new club too.
As long as there are no setbacks, it looks like Aguero will finally debut at the Camp Nou against Valencia after missing the start of the season with a calf injury.

Ansu Fati also featured and could be set to make his first start since coming back from his long lay-off, while Jordi Alba also played and should return against Valencia.
Ronald Koeman reportedly lined his team up in a 3-5-2 formation for the match, but there was no sign of Ousmane Dembele even though he was back on the training ground on Monday.
Barca’s Spain internationals Gavi, Sergio Busquets, Eric Garcia, and Sergi Roberto were also back to work on Wednesday after their Nations League exploits over the international break.
Netherlands internationals Luuk de Jong, Frenkie de Jong and Memphis Depay are due back tomorrow along with goalkeeper Marc-André ter Stegen who has been away with the Germany squad.
