Earlier this Tuesday, we told you about a crazy offer for Barcelona's Dani Alves. Prepare for an even crazier offer.
According to Turkish media, citing an Asian source, Chinese club Beijing Guoan, who finished fourth in last season's edition of the Super Liga, formally presented a transfer offer of 100 million euros to Barça for the signing of 29-year-old midfielder Arda Turan, who has been offered a 5-year, €60 million contract worth of salaries.
Despite the insane attraction of the money figures, neither Barça nor Turan accepted the offer, choosing to instantly refuse and close the doors on any kind of negotiation. Arda does not want to leave Spain just one month after reaching the highest point of his club career, finally making his debut for the Blaugrana in January after a long wait due to the FIFA ban.
Still, it is crazy to think how far the Chinese league has come this year. They've already spent more than any other league in 2016, and they want to do more business until the end of their transfer window (February 26).
ONE HUNDRED MILLION. That would certainly help with the finances.
