And he could play sooner than we thought.
There is a good chance that Luis Suárez could play for Barcelona way sooner than expected.
The Court of Arbitration for Sport will hold a hearing to judge Luisito's case on Friday, and a decision is expected to be announced on Monday:

And according to reports from Spain, the possibility of the ban being reduced, even cancelled, is a very good one. From last week:
"On Thursday, Mundo Deportivo reported that Suárez's ban can be reduced to only two months, which would expire at the end of August. If it happens, he would be eligible to debut as a Blaugrana on the second La Liga match, against Villarreal. MD has received the information that the judges are inclined to decide in the favor of Suárez, considering the decision is unprecedented and possibily too harsh."

If the three judges decide in the favor of Suárez, he would actually be eligible to be officially presented as a Blaugrana on Monday, join the team's preseason training and debut with his teammates at the Joan Gamper Trophy in the Camp Nou against León of Mexico.
Suárez has already made the trip to Lausanne, Switzerland, to testify at CAS. Here's hoping we get the best news possible.
