The right-back’s season looks like it’s over
There are few things that are more exciting then a heroic defensive goal-line effort. The last second saves from goalkeepers are one thing, but last second saves from defenders are even more awe-inspiring.
Unfortunately, in the case of Barcelona loanee Moussa Wague, the effort resulted in a pretty nasty injury that looks to have ended his season prematurely. Wague moved to PAOK on a season-long loan in September but might have played his last game for the club already.

The statement from PAOK certainly doesn’t look good. It appears that early examinations make it seem that Moussa injured his patellar tendon, medial collateral, posterior and anterior cruciate ligament. This is brutal news and hopefully it isn’t as bad as it initially seems.
