The two teams meet at the Camp Nou on Tuesday
Eibar boss Jose Luis Mendilibar has offered his thoughts on Barcelona ahead of Tuesday’s trip to the Camp Nou in La Liga.
The visitors head into the match just three points off the bottom of the table and without a win in their last four league matches.
Barca will be without captain Lionel Messi for the match and have not enjoyed the best start to the season but Mendilibar is still wary of the threat offered by Ronald Koeman’s men.
“It’s good news [Messi is out] because he is the best player in the world. [But this could lead to] other players having more freedom and playing more as a team.
“It may be the most average Barcelona in recent years, but in the last game they played very well. They moved the ball at speed and won easily, created many chances and hardly conceded [any chances].
“They played with three central defenders and two wing-backs on the outside, with a lot of speed and they did a lot of damage. When they lost the ball they ran fast to get it back, and that is important. It’s important to catch them off guard when we rob [the ball].”

Mendilibar saw his team hammered 5-0 on their last visit to the Camp Nou in La Liga, and anything other than a home win will be seen as a disappointment for the Catalan giants.
